F4 Manufactures Sandwich Valves / Slim Valves with a compact design that reduces height while maintaining all necessary design parameters for specified pressure classes. We offer both manually and hydraulically operated sandwich valves.

F4 develops and manufactures designed Mechanical Folding Line Stop Heads for large-diameter, low-pressure pipelines. These heads are ideal for smaller branch openings and equipment connections, effectively reducing overall project costs. They are best suited for line stop operations on pipeline sizes ranging from 14 inches to 102 inches (custom sizes also available upon request) and can be used on pipelines with operational pressures up to 8 bar. The smaller-size hot tap helps retain the pipeline’s original strength.

Line Stop Actuators with hydraulic cylinders are used to actuate and position the line stop head during line/flow stop operations.

Manual Jack Screw are used to actuate and position the line stop head during line/flow stop operations for pipeline sizes below 18 inches, suitable for both high and low-pressure pipelines.

The Power Stop is a lightweight equipment available in sizes ranging from 3 inches to 12 inches. It operates up to 16 bar and is factory tested to 24 bar. The sealing head expands by 20 mm, ensuring a secure seal inside the pipe, regardless of ovality. The hydraulically operated power stop comes with a power unit. Additionally, we have designed a cleaning tool that allows contractors to inspect the pipeline and remove any deposits before inserting the power stop heads. The system also includes a tool for removing any lost coupons.

The Pipe Freezing Jackets are used to freeze the product inside the pipe, forming a solid ice plug that allows for modifications or valve replacements without shutting down the system or draining the product from the pipeline.
