In the Year 2015 F4 Holdings (India) Private Limited with PTS SA Ltd. UK established a JV Free Zone Company in Sharjah UAE in the name of Power Technology Middle East FZC. For Providing Highly Specialized No Shutdown Engineering Solutions for the Industrial Plants and Pipeline sector in the Middle East Market.

In the Year 2018 F4 Holdings has Established 100% wholly owned subsidiary  F4 INDUSTRIAL AND PIPELINE ENGINEERS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED with Make in India Mission to Manufacture Highly Specialized Industrial and Pipeline  Maintenance Equipment’s with the European Technical knowhow at Padubidri, Udupi District, Karnataka – India

With its diversified business interest F4 is looking into various other ancillary businesses in the areas of its work, such as Advanced Skill Development Training center for Technically Qualified Engineers and ITI Technicians on Various Fields and Levels.
