Description
This training provides a blend of classroom theory and hands-on practice covering the complete operational workflow of F4-manufactured hot tapping machines. Participants will receive instruction on machine assembly, cutter selection, pressure ratings, and safe execution of live hot tap operations. Course material includes F4 equipment manuals, pre- and post-operation checklists, safety protocols, and documentation requirements to help operators confidently perform hot tapping on oil, gas, water, and petrochemical pipelines.

Who Should Attend
F4 recommends that pipeline engineers, field operators, maintenance supervisors, and hands-on technicians working with hot tapping equipment attend this course.
Health & Safety
Participants should wear work clothes and steel-toed safety boots. Hard hats, gloves, eye protection, and hearing protection will be provided on site.
