Various Type Pumping Skids ( Electric/Diesel Engine Driven)

F4 Manufactures Pump Skid driven by Flame proof electric motor and starter or diesel engine for chemical circulations. Our pumps are built to remove solid waste deposits in the equipment’s when circulating chemicals. We offer skids ranging from 5hp to 150hp and flow rate of 1 cum/hr to 1000 cum/hr. we supply pumps with different MOC to suit chemicals.

Skips / Tanks with/Without Steaming Coils

F4 Manufactures Skips / Tanks used for chemical mixing and circulation with or without steam coil. We provide tanks with different MOC as per client requirement to suit chemicals. Tank capacity ranging from 1m³ to 60m³. Our designs are effective in area utilization, flow pattern, handling and transportation.

Cleaning/ Decontamination process Chemicals

The Steam Vapour Application Process is a unique method as the proprietary chemistry is injected into the steam line which travels throughout the designated equipment system. Our Solvents decontaminates Equipment’s effectively by penetrating through all sludge, scale, and metals to target harmful contaminants. Through vapor phase application process equipment will be de-oiled and free from H2S & LEL and other compounds within 8-12 hours. Our solvents saves up time and neutralizes the hazards in least possible time.
