Rope Ladders are specially used in the reactors / vessels / column which is necessary for the entrant to get down to the bottom either for loading or unloading of the catalyst or for any maintain work. These ladders can withstand load up to 250 Kgs. We provide rope ladder up to a length of 60 m. For safety reasons it must be used along with tripod, Fall Arrestor and full body harness.
Our Aluminum Ladder comes with 25 mm diameter Non- Slippery corrugated Tubing for superior grip. It is extendable and has a screw type locking system for additional safety when extended. They are Light weight, Fire Proof, Rust Proof, Dust Proof, Robust construction, Durable, can be easily handled and transported.
Tripod is a temper structure which holds safety equipment life fall arrester and bear load of entrant when during enter and exit into confine spaces. The tripod has telescopic legs, which enables to adjust the height. The legs of the tripod can be adjusted at certain angles. The fall arrestor is a safety device, which protects a person from falling during enter and exit in to confined space. The safety hook of the fall arrester is hooked to the full body harness of the person. It has a retractable which means of which a person can be lifted up.
Our 24V hand lamps are suitable for safely working inside confined spaces with maximum brightness. Our IP certified casing has strong built and toughened glass to with stand tough working conditions and minor falls.
These are used for forced ventilation without moving parts. Negative pressure (Ventury effect) is generated when 7 bar air is driven through bottom flange and air inside vessels is forced outside. These are used in vessel, column, tanks, and reactors for forced ventilations.
