Line / Flow Stop Housing is used to house the Line / Flow Stop Head, sealing element assembly during the Line / Flow Stop Operation. We Manufacture Line Stop Housing with or without Bypass Branch out Port.
Line Stopping / Plugging Heads is a essential component of the Line Stop assembly that temporarily stop the flow of product inside the pipeline during the Line / Flow Stop Operation.
F4 Supplies Sealing Elements that is a component of Line Stop Assembly that Occupies the space between the Plugging Head & Inside diameter of the Pipeline & Effectively seizes the flow inside the pipe. We supply ready drilled and ground to size or drilled and unground depending upon customer’s requirement

F4 Develops & Manufactures Mechanical Folding Line Stop Head for larger NB Pipes with Low Pressure applications that are used for smaller Size branch opening and Equipment’s thereby reducing the overall project cost. Best suited for Line Stop Operation of Pipeline Sizes 14” to 102” (any specific required size could be manufactured upon request) on Low Pressure Operational line having Line Pressure up to 8 BAR. Smaller Size Hot Tap, helps to retain the Pipelines original strength.
Line Stop Actuators are used to actuate & position the line stop head during the Line / Flow Stop Operation.

Manual Jack Screw are used to actuate & position the line stop head during the Line / Flow Stop Operation for sizes below 18 Inches at High/Low Pressure pipelines lines.
Power Stop is a Light Weight equipment that comes in sizes from 3 Inch to 12 Inches. The Power Stop System works to 16 bar and is factory tested to 24 bar. The Sealing Head expands by 20mm, this allows the seal, to make contact inside the pipe regardless of the ovality. The Hydraulically Operated Power Stop will be provided with a Power Unit. We have also designed a cleaning tool that allows the contractor to see into the pipeline and remove any deposits before inserting the Power Stop Heads. The system also comes with a tool to remove any lost Coupons.

The Pipe Freezing Jackets are used to freeze the product inside the pipe to form a solid ice plug that allows for the modification of Pipelines or Replacing of valves, without any system Shutdown / Interruption and without draining the product from the pipeline.
